    BSOD ( Games Videos ) : pxhlpa64.sys - ntoskrnl.exe ntkrnlmp.exe

    Hi Clever people

I have been having BSOD issues for many moons.

I have made a dump.zip of all the pc info.

I have tried everything i could find on the interwebs.

    Re-Install OS
    Re-install drivers
    Uninstall Drivers
    Disable Drivers
    Punching the Laptop
    Memory Tests (pre OS reinstall)
    Change Power adapter
    Change power settings
    Disabling hardware
    Praying ( last resort )

Happens mostly while playing Doto 2 (Nvidia Version (Which ever one ive ever had) Kernel mode crashed but has recovered ( Current version 34.788 )

Sometimes it goes straight to Blue Screen
Sometimes the PC will start making a scary buzzing noise and the screen will freeze in a random color ( mostly Black )
Sometimes it will BSOD when coming out of sleep mode
Sometimes Various software will crash at the same time
    Such as- Intel turbo boost
    - Realtek HD audio

    I have SF diagnostic tool
    I have Who Crashed

PLEASE HELP ME!!! *sob* *sob* *sob*

    Hello and welcome to SevenForums!

I see that there is an C9 code which is DRIVER_VERIFIER_IOMANAGER_VIOLATION.
Do you have Driver Verifier on? If so disable it.

Do you have one of these following programs installed? If so remove that program.

    RecordNow!
    ESSSONIC
    Sonic RecordNow!/Sonic_PrimoSDK
    Dell Media Experience
    Pioneer RecordNow DX
    Sonic MyDVD/RecordNow!/RecordNow DX/MyDVD Plus/PrimoSDK
Microsoft Plus! Digital Media/Digital Image Suite
    Corel Photo Album
    HP RecordNow/DigitalMedia Archive
    IBM RecordNow!
    Roxio Easy Media Creator/RecordNow Copy/Drag-to-Disc/Creator Basic v/Media Manager/CinePlayer
    Adobe Photoshop Lightroom
    Yahoo! Music Jukebox or Roxio
    Napster Burn Engine
    1CLICK DivxToDVD
    OLYMPUS muvee theaterPack

Run sfc /scannow and chkdsk /r.

Install the latest updates from Windows Update.

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

Do the exact same steps for chkdsk /r but instead of typing in sfc /scannow type chkdsk /r.

    Thank you Liath

Here is what i have done.

    I ran the CMDs
SFC SCAN NOW shows no integrity violations

Second Check disk ran for about 3 hours and didnt seem to change anything.

When i check windows update, no updates are available.
Dells site shows drivers with dates not exceeding 2012.

I have driver verifier, the .dmp info you saw was from when i didnt quite know what the program did. I ran it without knowing what it actually did. It is disabled now.

I could not match the programs that you recommended to un-install, with ones in my list. I will attach screens of installed blot ware

If i missed something, im truly sorry.

The current install of Windows OS is from a factory RESTORE.

Dota 2 crashed soon after launch.

Well, for now delete Daemon Tools. It is known to cause BSODs.

A failing RAM can cause alot of weird stuff, run MemTest86+. RAM - Test with Memtest86+
After that run SeaTools for DOS and Windows. SeaTools for DOS and Windows - How to Use
