Hello, htran7228. I will try to help, but I need all of the information. Please upload the BSOD Posting Instructions (Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions) and also fill out your system specs in detail please.
Please fill out your System Specs

       Information
Your System Specs will help us to help you, and doing it in this manner will make them available to all helpers in every post and keep us from hunting for them. We ask that you fill them out in as much detail as possible including Desktop or Laptop, Model number if it is an OEM computer and all components with the Manufacturer and Model number if possible.

If you will go to your last post and click the 'System Specs' in the bottom left of the post, you will find a link to update your system specs. Please fill those out in as much detail as possible, making sure to click save at the bottom of the page. If you would like to know what we would like, you can click 'My System Specs' at the bottom left of this post to see mine. If you do not know what your components are, this will help you accomplish this task. System Info - See Your System Specs

Here from the instructions. Should I just wait until I download my window 8.1 is downloaded than upgrade my window 7. I think it would fix the issue by replacing the all the files.

All of your Dump files are pointing to the same Broadcom Driver listed above. Please update the driver. If it came with your motherboard, you should be able to update it from your Motherboard's web site (Motherboards | P7P55D PRO | ASUS Global) please make sure that is the correct board. If it came from another Manufacturer, please update from their web site, or directly from Broadcom ( Downloads | Broadcom ). If it is an OEM driver, there will most likely be no driver at Broadcom.

yes. It should be a in the Lan or a wireless section. Dell has it on their computers as a 1394 WLAN mini-card.

I just downloaded some drivers but I still see the bsod. Should I run another diagnosis? I even used a driver update software to see if I need any more updates but it said I had no more to update but I think it could be wrong since I tried another one and it said I had more to update. Could it be also fix when I upgrade to windoes 8.1?

You have had numerous Windows Errors from NvNetworkService.exe. It is Nvidia's network service associated with GeForce experience. It has caused more than a few people problems. But just using logic, the NV network, your Boadcom Lan are both network related. I may suggest you update the Broadcom, then reinstall your Nvidia Graphics drivers, but use this tutorial and only install the Display Driver and PhysX. Nothing else, and see if you fare any better. This will tell you how to do it. NVIDIA Drivers - Avoid Problems

Also, these are the programs you have starting up with Windows.

    Code:
    MyPC Backup MyPC Backup.lnk
    Steam "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steam.exe"
    Skype "C:\Program Files (x86)\Skype\Phone\Skype.exe
    CCleaner Monitoring "C:\Program Files\CCleaner\CCleaner64.exe"
    MSC "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Security Client\msseces.exe"
    NvBackend "C:\Program Files (x86)\NVIDIA Corporation\Update Core\NvBackend.exe
I recommend you take every one except MSC (your AV) out of startup. They will still work, but will no bog down your computer and use resources when not needed. They will still work, just only when you need them. Just hold down the Windows Key (the one with the flag on it) and press R. You will get a run box, type msconfig and press OK, click on the startup tab. Uncheck everything except MSE and click OK. Accept the reboot and you will have a much cleaner startup.

Is this their correct site section to find the driver? If it doesn't work would upgrading to windows 8.1 be fix the issue?

I edited my last post, please re read it. I doubt upgrading to 8.1 will fix the problem you are having, but you are very welcome to try if you want to. You can find almost any information you would like about Windows 8.1 from our Sister Site Windows 8 Forums. If you have a spare hard drive to use, I can help you install it without dual booting, and will save you some headaches. Then you can just use your one time boot key on startup to boot into the Operating system you want to.

And yes that is a direct link to Nvidia.com.
