I always get a BSOD a few minutes after logging in.

    Hi,

I keep getting the Blue Screen of Death a few minutes after logging in. This always happens unless I'm in safe mode in which case the computer works fine.

    Here's the screen I get:

Here's what DM Log Collector produced: DM Logs

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you,
    Joe

    Hi,

I noticed that your problem was from here: BSOD - Can Only Get Online With Internet Explorer

I don't know whether you making new thread is applicable, but I'll try to help...

    STOP 0x000000D1: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

    Usual causes: Device driver
NetIO.sys is windows driver that handles Network I/O Subsystem.
you say that logging from Safe Mode gets no BSOD, we can start from there...
    - From Safe mode, Run these 2 commands from elevated command prompt
    chdksk /r /f
    SFC /scannow
as there is also some indication of hard disk error
    Code:
    Event[1919]:

Thanks for the help. The chdksk /r /f and SFC /scannow didn't help unfortunately. Here are the results from MGADiag:

That report appears to have been created in Safe Mode?
It shows that you have an MAK Volume License Key installed - from where did you get this?
MAK Keys are restricted keys only valid when in use by members of the issuing organisation - and usually only where there is a pre-existing license for the OS.

I note from your other thread that you appear to have MANMMBAM, SpyBot, and Spyhunter all installed - the last two running in the background - but no 'traditional' AV that I can see. None of those programs claims to be a replacement for an AV.
Please tell me if I'm wrong!

    Let us know.

Because it needs a driver update, which is the first and foremost thing for you.

I use Microsoft Security Essentials as my antivirus software. I've updated all my drivers and uninstalled some of the unnecessary Nvidia software and now it seems to be OK. Thank you all for your help.

OK then, though I was curious which driver you installed for the TP Link adapter.

Will hope that the fix will continue. But if the issue bounces back, let us know.

P.S. The data you uploaded in post #1 shows no existence of Microsoft Security Essentials .... probably you have installed it after making that post. :)

I installed the top driver from here: TL-WN851ND - Welcome to TP-LINK

Microsoft Security Essentials was one of the first programs I installed, so it's been on there a while.

I need to update my specs.
