I check physical connection and i run sfc /scannow command, no problem.
But for 2 days i haven't had bsod. Seatools would have solved the problem ?

I don't know whether Seatools fixes drive issues, I only recommend it for diagnostic purposes. It's sounds good that you're not getting any more BSODs, monitor the system for a few days and let us know how you get on.
I said nothing, i just crashed but during this one, i wasn't at PC.
Totally random
The dump is still blaming a problem with the SSD/HDD. Can you plug your SSD into another SATA port on your motherboard and test the system.
Code:KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR (7a) The requested page of kernel data could not be read in. Typically caused by a bad block in the paging file or disk controller error. Also see KERNEL_STACK_INPAGE_ERROR. If the error status is 0xC000000E, 0xC000009C, 0xC000009D or 0xC0000185, it means the disk subsystem has experienced a failure. If the error status is 0xC000009A, then it means the request failed because a filesystem failed to make forward progress. Yes, i did it(switch sata port and switch cable) but 10min after i also crashed, no bsod but screen freeze.
Maybe SSD's power is unstable ?
