Laptop hang with buzz sound, persist after reformatting

Not sure if mine is considered BSOD (there isn't any blue screen, it just hang/freeze with buzz), my laptop just hang there and frequently comes with a buzz sound. It depends on the program being in use. With media playing (Browser stream or MPC), there will be a buzzing sound when it hang. If it was on a normal window explorer, there isn't any.

It happened a month ago, from occasionally to now frequently several times each day. So i reformatted my laptop 3 days back, however the problem persist. Now the freezing can happen anytime, even at the windows log in screen before seeing the desktop.

I've uploaded the DM log collector as well as told by BSOD - Posting Instructions and the msinfo32 if required.

Here are my Laptop Specs using dxdiag in "run"

    OS:Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
    BIOS: AMIBIOS Version 05MX.M008.20110525.SCY
    Processor: Interl(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU M 460 @ 2.53GHz
    Memory: 6144MB RAM

    Display
    Intel(R) HD Graphics
    Approx total Memory: 1696MB
Chip Type: Intel(R) HD Graphics (Core i5)

    Sound
    Realtek HIgh Definition Audio

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Install Service pack 1 and all other windows updates. Otherwise the system will remain vulnerable to threats.
    Code:
OS Name Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium
    Version 6.1.7600 Build 7600

Report us for any further issue after installing Service Pack 1.

Now, your computer is having dual graphics, switchable. The nvidia one is for heavy graphics oriented jobs, and teh intel one is for other things including videos. But teh intel graphics driver is very old, it is of 2010, apparently.

Use Intel® Driver Update Utility to update the intel graphics as the next step. Report us the resulting situation.

I've updated my intel hd graphics driver. But it seem to be the same version.

    The freezing continues.

One thing to note is that it hasn't freeze while i am playing game.

Do the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions one more time and let us see the data.
