    BSOD playing games using an xbox 360 controller:

    I had been playing Assassins creed black flag using a wired Xbox 360 controller with no issues. Recently I started getting a BSOD after about 15 minutes of play, consistently. If I remove the game pad I can play with no issues using the mouse and keyboard.

    As I started to analysis what was happening I realized the gamepad was disconnecting and reconnecting intermittently as I was playing, then at some point I would get the BSOD. When I started to pay close attention I actually could hear the audio sound you get when you plug in or remove a USB device, over and over again.

    I have attached the requested DM Log and I have also included a link to dropbox for my dump file as I was uncertain how to create a mini dump and mine is very large.

    Drop box link: https://www.dropbox.com/s/f08arco7mrcpwc0/MEMORY.zip?dl=0
    While reading multiple forms I found the recommendation to run a program called “Driver Verifier”. When I ran this program my system was caught in an infinite BSOD loop, the file it listed during the BSOD was NARCPI_WFP.sys

    After getting nowhere on the issue I reformatted my 250GB boot drive, reinstalled Windows 7, all required drivers, and antivirus and such. I installed Assassins creed black flag using Steam, GTA 5 a non-steam game, and have the same issue. It was at this moment I realized the only change I can remember making since the issue began was installing GTA 5.

    Finally, while playing GTA 5 I can hear the gamepad disconnect and reconnect (of course, it stops working), but I do not get the BSOD, so far!

    I forgot to add the error was 0X0000010D

    System info:
    Windows 7 64bit Premium
    Intel i5-3570 @ 3.40GHz
    Nvidia geforce gtx 680 (8 GB)
    Asrock z77 extreme4 motherboard
    8GB Ram

    Any help would be greatly appreciated,

    Your xbox controller driver xusb21.sys is the cause of the crash, try to find a newer or alternate driver for it - Driver Reference Table - xusb21.sys

    Code:
    *******************************************************************************
    *                                                                             *
    *                        Bugcheck Analysis                                    *
    *                                                                             *
    *******************************************************************************
    Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.
