Well Laith, it dose appear that one of my sticks of ram is bad. One passed 7 3/4 passes without error while the other went through 8 passes and found an error (unknown at what pass because i was away at school). Looks like i will be buying another set of ram to try and fix this problem...

I come back with more files, fixed my ram and tested new set to make sure it was not it this time. 13hrs of memtest86+ and no errors, suspision that it may be related to the nvidia driver but i have not been able to solve... I call on you again Laith, can you do it again?

Of course, mate!
Code:
BugCheck 1000007E, {ffffffffc0000005, fffff80003504da2, fffff880033e06d8, fffff880033dff30}

Probably caused by : ntkrnlmp.exe ( nt!KxWaitForLockOwnerShip+12 )
Code:
BugCheck A, {4, 2, 1, fffff800034d2185}

Probably caused by : memory_corruption

Followup: memory_corruption
Still memory corruption. This might be failing DIMM slots. Can you borrow a friends motherboard and check with it?

Also run sfc /scannow and chkdsk /r.
Install the latest updates from Windows Update.

Do the exact same steps for chkdsk /r but instead of typing in sfc /scannow type chkdsk /r.

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

You can always look at PCPartPicker but i would recommend the Biostar TA970, it costs $51.98 .

Say i find another mobo to use, could i stick the ram in and test it somehow or do i basically need to swap my current mobo and leave everything the same? the only ddr3 pc i might have access to is intel based.

You need to swap. Well you must find an AMD one.
