    BSOD SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION - 0x0000003b


    I'm having the same issues with my custom build PC.

    SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION - 0x0000003b
    ntoskrnl.exe
    ntoskrnl.exe+72a40


    This problem started after installing 2 new RAM modules. Then I got BSoD with many different codes. atikmdag.sys etc.

    I ran memtest with all 4 modules installed and got an error in the test.

    I took out the 2 old modules and tested the new ones for 14 passes. No errors.

    Then I installed the 2 old modules again, but in the DIMM slots where the new ones were installed when I got them.

    Now I only get this BSoD when the PC just is minding its own business, youtube etc.

    I have not ran into any BSoD when gaming BF4 or GTA V for hours.

    1. Download the DM Log Collector application to your desktop by clicking the link below

    DM Log Collector.exe

    2. Run it by double-clicking the icon on your desktop, and follow the prompts.
    3. Locate the .ZIP file that is created on your desktop, and upload it here in your next reply.
