    BSOD issue

    Hi,

Could somebody please send me the instructions on how to post a BSOD issue onto this forum. I am receiving a BSOD message stating "A clock interrupt was not received on a secondary processor within the allocated time interval".....Clock_Watchdog_Timeout (101).

    Thank you,
    Kevin

    Need some more information.

Where did you get Windows 7 Enterprise?
Was it installed by your I.T. department?

Your log will have to be examined by one of our BSOD experts. Just hang in there because they are always busy.

    Hi Layback Bear,

The Windows license is legitimate, our company gets all of its software licenses directly from Microsoft. I work in the helpdesk in our IT dept.

    Thanks,
    Kevin

Should not your I.T. department be taking care of your problem.
They normally don't like to be left out of the loop.

The next step is waiting for a
BSOD Team expert. They are always busy so it might be a while.

If no one shows up in a while I will try and find one for you.
