Hi rjgtaylor.

Upload the list of all the third party drivers Using NirSoft DriverView :
  • Download and execute Driverview
  • View > Hide Microsoft Drivers
  • Edit > Select all
  • File > Save Selected Items
  • In the Save dialog, Set the path to desktop, Put "Driverview" in the name field, and save.
  • Zip the .txt file and upload it.
Thanks.

Driverview does not report for a single USB device/driver. Strange. Your Logitech Keyboard and HP printer .... no stress of them. Even the USB3 drivers are not present there.

I hope you havent edited the text output. j/k.

Then, the possible reason is, something is missing there.
Attachment 358339
And that is The USB3 driver.
Attachment 358340
So USB issue is most possible. I would suggest you to go to Dell's site and install the USB3 driver for your system, Optiplex 9020.

Report us for any further BSOD after doing it.
