The information contained in the zip is incomplete. As an alternative, take SF Diagnostic Tool - Using for Troubleshooting and upload the resulting zip.

The zip is still incomplete, mate. It contains only three files there. Whereas it should contain a number of files there, all of them are important.

Hi Arc,

The laptop is now experiencing harddrive errors, so I am just gonna replace it after I retreive the data from it. Thank you for trying to help me resolve this issue, its much appreciated. I follow other people's posts to try to learn things and have noticed that you have helped lots of people, keep up the good work!
