Do two things.
Update your ethernet driver from Dell's site.
Test your RAM modules for possible errors. Run memtest86+ for at least 8 consecutive passes.
If it start showing errors/red lines, stop testing. A single error is enough to determine that something is going bad there.
Let us know the results.

i have updated enthernet driver from dell's site but i still have trouble with internet conection : sometimes it works, sometime it doesnt, i have to unplug then replug the cable again and again several times :-<
and about RAM test, i ran the test but there is no erros. I fogot the test through the night and it even ran to pass 22, still no error.
