BSOD during shutdown

My computer has been blue-screening almost every time I shut down and I get this notification when I restart it as well: http://puu.sh/hGaxh/8683146492.jpg

I used blue screen view to check what was wrong and it looks like an NT Kernel & System error. I'm not sure where to go from here but I uploaded a file of the logs below. If anyone could help me out that would be greatly appreciated! Let me know if there is more information I should be posting.
