It is not the base cause of a stop 0x7A, but a failing RAM can cause any sort of issues. I would suggest to test this as a verification before we go for the last step.

Test your RAM modules for possible errors.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest86+ for at least 8 consecutive passes.

If it start showing errors/red lines, stop testing. A single error is enough to determine that something is going bad there.

Let us know the result.

I don't think its a ram problem, I've installed new ram since I first started bluescreening.

I also dont think. It is a storage related issue.

I am suggestion you to test the RAM only because the HDD tests passed. RAM issues (ehich includes both the physical RAM sticks and the DIMM slots) can cause any sort of issue. So it is better to have a check.

But if you refuse to test the RAM, then, our last step can be only one thing. Installing windows on any other HDD at least on a test basis and see how it goes.

I've done a ram test since I got the new ram, no errors. I have a new hard drive I've been trying to install windows 7 to, but during the installation when I choose which drive to install it on, it says a partition can not be created. I am trying to install it on a Seagate 1TB HDD

What program did you use for the RAM test and how long did you run it for?

I can't get the exact model until I'm home, all I know right now is that it's a Gigabyte mobo for amd processor.
