BSOD after Start windows screen Error 0x000000F7

Hi, I havn't used my computer for 3days and when I got back I get this BSOD

And when I check c:/windows/minidumps I find nothing, I checked if it's activated to create dump files after BSOD and it is . I have scanned the hard drive (from a second OS [ubuntu] I have on the same Hard Drive) and nothing comes up . Startup repairs don't work and it give a punch of problem signitures the last one that I think is relevent is Problem Signiture 07 : BadDriver . I can't get into windows even in Safe mode and no Restore point available aswell , what can I do ??

A stop 0xF7, in general, either caused by a malware or by a buggy driver. As we dont have any data about the BSOD in hand, let us first check for malware. Scan the system for possible virus infection with a bootable virus scanner program.
Also after completing the scan ... As you are saying that you cannot boot into windows, try to boot to System Recovery Options . Try Safe Mode with Command Prompt. In the command prompt .... enter the command ....
start msconfig
It will open the system configuration window, with the "general" tab selected.
  • Click the "startup" tab. Click "Disable all" > Apply > OK.
  • Click on "services" tab. Check the "Hide all Microsoft Services"; Click "Disable all" > Apply > OK
Then try to boot again normally. Is it failing still?

If so, boot to System Recovery Options once again. Try Enable Boot Logging. It will create a file named ntbtlog.txt. Collect it using Ubuntu and upload it.

- I couldn't use Windows Defender Offline because Ubuntu doesn't support .exe file (even with wine), so I used another one to scan the hard disk drive and nothing came up.
- All of safe mode option get stuck in Loaded c:/..../drivers/CLASSPNP.SYS so I can't get to any of them.
- I did Enable Boot Logging and the ntblog.txt came up empty , i can't upload it sorry .
- On the other side I did find a dump file in c:/windows/minidumps this time , I attached it

The dump blames Asis transformer pad filter driver.
Code:
BugCheck F7, {0, f8879ddc39c0, ffff07786223c63f, 1}

Probably caused by : AsusTP.sys ( AsusTP+d3f0 )

Followup: MachineOwner
---------
Driver Reference Table - AsusTP.sys

It is a component of a Transformer Pad by ASUS. But your system specs and the photograph of a Sharp monitor does not match with the information. As we dont have the data, and you havent mentioned about your computer, I cannot check it to be sure.

A driver, that should not be there, is a strong indication of a malware. So (in that case) there is a chance that the scan did not do the right job.

Even if it is not a malware, it is a factory bloatware for sure, which are often problematic. And it would not be easy to fix when there is no way to boot to the OS.

Considering everything, I'd recommend you to Clean Up Factory Bloatware, with a special reference to Point #13
Quote:
13. Consider a Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 which is often better than getting a new computer considering how pre-installed bloatware can corrupt Windows 7 even if it's completely cleaned up.
