Update the realtek network driver from Realtek .... get the second one from the list there, that is the "Win7 and Server 2008 R2 Auto Installation Program" one.

Report us for any further BSOD.

Hi Arc,

Another bluescreen hit yesterday. Looks like the BSOD message was 'MEMORY MANAGEMENT'. I've attached a new .zip for you.

Thanks in advance.

cheers

As per that BSOD, the suggestion given is post #11 is not taken .... so we are there where we were.

Code:

At least upto the latest uploaded crash dump, the driver is not updated.

Hi Arc,

It was all going well until another bluescreen late last night. Please find the .zip attached.

I made sure the Realtek drivers were correctly installed before this bluescreen occurred.

thanks

Yes, the network driver is updated.

But the latest crash dump is not very informative as to what may be the probable cause of it. Now let us enable Driver Verifier to monitor the drivers.
Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable
Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.

information   Information
Why Driver Verifier:
It puts a stress on the drivers, ans so it makes the unstable drivers crash. Hopefully the driver that crashes is recorded in the memory dump.

How Can we know that DV is enabled:
It will make the system bit of slow, laggy.

warning   Warning
Before enabling DV, make it sure that you have earlier System restore points made in your computer. You can check it easily by using CCleaner looking at Tools > System Restore.

If there is no points, make a System Restore Point manually before enabling DV.

Tip   Tip

Let us know the results, with the subsequent crash dumps, if any.

Hi Arc,

The computer has crashed again whilst driver verifier was running. Is there anyway I can pull a report from the program?

Also when trying to restart the PC I am getting this error:

BOOTMGR is missing or corrupt.

If I leave the pc for 5 mins or so, it seems to start up.
