    help, laptop suddenly always bsod


    Okay, so long story shirt. I was playing with my laptop, then i closed it. The next time i opened it, afterthe windows orbs, is a bsod and it says unmountable_boot_volume. And the techincal info is ***stop: 0x000000ed. I really need halp. Urgent. Asap. Before my parents sees it.

    Let your parents see this thread ... they will not get angry on you. It is not your fault at all, it is the fault from the part of the computer only, which may occur anytime.

    STOP 0x000000ED:  UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME 
    
        Usual causes:   Hard drive problem, File system problem, Improper boot parameters
    It is some issue with the storage device. As the computer does not boot to windows, test it with a bootable disc check tool. Seatools for DOS will work nice. If it detects disc error, you will need to change the disc.

    If there is no disc error, a clean install will solve your issue perfectly.

    You have to make the bootable Seatools using any other computer. Do you have assess to any other computer?
