BSOD at Shut Down

    Hi

    I updated the RealTek driver as advised but the new driver doesn't work. The Device Status shows

    This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)

    I have also updated the driver from my ATI Radeon HD 5400 series GPU

    Please find screenshots attached and kindly advise what to do with the RealTek driver

    It's the ATI driver again, this version has failed previously. Check the AMD website again for a later driver and install using the instructions in post #2.

    Installed the latest driver...the PC worked fine for a while..but got another BSOD today, again at the time of shut down

    Sorry for the delay, busy days. Your dump is blaming your ATI driver again, it's dated exactly the same as the last time I posted, did you even replace it?
