BSOD when trying to update Windows

Hey guys. I'm can't figure this one out. Every time I try to update Windows I get a BSOD. When I finally get the PC back up and running and try to finish updates they fail. I currently have 144 update that keep failing. I have included my most recent dump information. I've tried to wipe the PC and start over to no avail. I've swapped all hardware with a buddies PC to no avail. I've even gotten a new CPU to no avail. Please help. I have this new PC and I can't even use it. Thank you in advance for your help.

Are you aware that some updates need to be completed via 'Shutdown' before other updates can actually be installed? In my own experience, Windows 7 updates are a confusing mess (especially for new installations) since they are not presented in any logical, working order. Overall, the best approach I have found is to tell Windows to only do 'Important' updates at first and to then keep checking the Start/Shutdown button as I go along and then clicking it whenever it shows a need to do so even during an update download. Updates are not presented methodically, but they will be installed rightly as long as you keep an eye on the Start/Shutdown button and also do an extra re-Start or two after each time Windows says it needs one.

I appreciate the feed back. I'm not worried too much about the windows updates failing. I'm worried about the BSOD that keeps happening any time I try to do anything. Since the original post I have been able to finish most of the updates but it continues to BSOD. This is my issue not the windows updates. I have installed every update available before. I have recently wiped drive and started over that is the only reason there are any updates available.
