Please list all components including your Monitors, PSU and CPU cooler. Also include the Manufacturer and model for the components. This may help you do it easily. Please put them in the proper place so they will always be available to us.

Your System Specs will help us to help you, and doing it in this manner will make them available to all helpers in every post and keep us from hunting for them. We ask that you fill them out in as much detail as possible including Desktop or Laptop, Model number if it is an OEM computer and all components with the Manufacturer and Model number if possible.
If you will go to your last post and click the 'System Specs' in the bottom left of the post, you will find a link to update your system specs. Please fill those out in as much detail as possible, making sure to click save at the bottom of the page. If you would like to know what we would like, you can click 'My System Specs' at the bottom left of this post to see mine. If you do not know what your components are, this will help you accomplish this task.

You only had 4 dump files dated from 05/17 to 05/19. If you are using any Disk Cleanup utilities, please do not use them until we get things sorted out. They all, by default delete dump files and error reports we need to help you.
If you are overclocking anything, please set everything back to default levels. In looking at your error reports I noticed a lot of errors from your Avira Anti Virus and from MOM.exe which is a part of CCC. At least for the time being, please uninstall Avira and replace it with Microsoft Security Essentials (Microsoft Security Essentials - Microsoft Windows)

If you do not know, a TDR is a time detection and recovery error. Basically it means that your drivers crashed but did no recover in time, so the OS shut down assuming a Video error.

Without your system specs, it is difficult to assess. But I would like you to reinstall your driver and maybe use a different version that worked for you. But I would like you to follow the instructions I am going to give below. It will help to ensure you that you have a clean install and also that you do not install things that you don't need and can conflict with other drivers in your system. The only thing you actually need is the display driver. Unless you actually need it, do not install the #D drivers, the audio drivers or the HDMI drivers. Those drivers are included in your Motherboard drivers.
I am going to give you some links that will help you get a good clean install and not have any drivers you don't need that will conflict with other drivers. Download a WHQL driver from https://www.sevenforums.com/graphic-c...ndows-7-a.html . Once you have them downloaded, uninstall you current driver from control panel. next clean up any left over drivers from following this tutorial Drivers - Clean Left over Files after Uninstalling and select only ATI Display Drivers. After you have done that and rebooted, install the new driver, only select custom install and install only what you have to. Very few people need most of what they include. You do not need the audio/HDMI drivers as you already have that in your Motherboard drivers. Unless there is some reason you need them, the only thing you really need is the Display Driver.
You could also consider reducing the startup programs you have starting with Windows now. Windows does not need anything to start with it, other than your anti Virus and maybe the sidebar programs. This is what starts up with your OS now
