BSOD Youtube/Driver has stopped responding and has recovered in Games

My games have crashed to desktop 2x once while playing skyrim and once while playing shadow of mordor. Both times the game was completely stable and fps was well above 60(averaging 100 in shadow of mordor), when it stopped responding and then recovered after the game crashed. About 15-20 minutes later I was watching a youtube video when the sound went crazy and I got a BSOD. I attached the dump file and other relevant info this program put together.

There are no dump files in your logs to analyse.

    1. Open Advanced System Settings
    2. Click on Settings in Startup & Recovery
    3. Make sure both boxes indicated below are checked
    4. In the dropdown box ensure you're set to record Small Memory Dumps
