    The latest crash dump says ....
    Code:
    BugCheck 19, {20, fffff8a00de9a6b0, fffff8a00de9aac0, 5410103}

    *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for AsDsm.sys
    *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for AsDsm.sys
    Probably caused by : AsDsm.sys ( AsDsm+7f8a )

    It is an asus's bloatware, not needed for a computer to run. I'd recommend you to Clean Up Factory Bloatware, with a special reference to Point #13
    13. Consider a Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 which is often better than getting a new computer considering how pre-installed bloatware can corrupt Windows 7 even if it's completely cleaned up.
    Viewing the age of the bloatware ....
    Code:
        Image name: AsDsm.sys
        Timestamp:        Fri Feb 13 11:44:26 2009
    And the age of the computer ...
    Code:
    BIOS Version/Date    American Megatrends Inc. K52F.210, 30/08/2010
    I would prefer a clean einstall at first, and any further troubleshooting later. A clean reinstal is really due after that time.

    Quick update:
    After googling AsDsm.sys and finding out it was related to ASUS Data Security Manager, I uninstalled ASUS Data Security Manager and up to now everything is working fine.
    Thanks to Arc for highliting the issue. Wil keep updated.
    Cheers
