Windows 7: BSOD. tried everything I know still does not work

You don't list hard drives in your system specs. Please put them there and tell me what is on each. Are Windows and Linux on the same drive or separate drives?

Your approach of Dual booting Linux and windows is not the proffered one, because of the situation you explained here in this thread. GRUB is not very friendly with windows. Install windows first and then install Linux (preferably using WUBI) keeps everything under control. It is often said that GRUB bootloader can corrupt an windows installation beyond repair.

Also, the question asked by essenbe will play a very important role here:
