Windows 7 BSOD Memory Management!

I just get this memory_management error every time not every time though..
Help me fix it?

Install Service pack 1 and all other windows updates. Otherwise the system will remain vulnerable to threats including BSODs.

I now updated the windows with the service pack 1 and 1 security update.. I will try to play games because that's my life but bsod occurs randomly.. so yeah.. maybe tomorrow or next week until it doesn't bsod anymore .. anyway thanks
