    repeatitive BSOD without reason 0x0000007A (0x0000000000000020, 0xFFFF

    Hello, here I have repeatitive BSOD after super lagging with simples actions (firefox with 3 tabs, working in a folder in the explorer). This is rather random.

    KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR

    stop : 0x0000007A (0x0000000000000020, 0xFFFFFFFF000009D, 0xFFFFFA8005ECC078, 0x0000000000000000)

    Here comes the dm log rapport : Attachment 361784

    I read on internet that that BSOD is frequently met with high HDD, and I have 2to Seagate/Samsung 2.5". My computer is HP G62-465SF. Maybe it could help ?

    Thank you

    Hello Sterkmann, I'll see if I can help you solve your issues.

    Your STOP 0x7A are pointing towards your hard drive.
    Code:
    KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR (7a)
    The requested page of kernel data could not be read in. Typically caused by
    a bad block in the paging file or disk controller error. Also see
    KERNEL_STACK_INPAGE_ERROR.
    If the error status is 0xC000000E, 0xC000009C, 0xC000009D or 0xC0000185,
    it means the disk subsystem has experienced a failure.
    If the error status is 0xC000009A, then it means the request failed because
    a filesystem failed to make forward progress.
    Arguments:
    Arg1: 0000000000000020, lock type that was held (value 1,2,3, or PTE address)
    Arg2: ffffffffc000009d, error status (normally i/o status code)
    Arg3: fffffa80056894e8, current process (virtual address for lock type 3, or PTE)
    Arg4: 0000000000000000, virtual address that could not be in-paged (or PTE contents if arg1 is a PTE address)

    Debugging Details:
    ------------------

    ERROR_CODE: (NTSTATUS) 0xc000009d - STATUS_DEVICE_NOT_CONNECTED

    DISK_HARDWARE_ERROR: There was error with disk hardware
    Code:
    ERROR_CODE: (NTSTATUS) 0xc000000e - A device which does not exist was specified.

    DISK_HARDWARE_ERROR: There was error with disk hardware

    BUGCHECK_STR:  0x7a_c000000e

    CUSTOMER_CRASH_COUNT:  1

    DEFAULT_BUCKET_ID:  CODE_CORRUPTION

    I made a CHKDSK C: /f /r before your answer... It took 30 hours =_=" (I mean really 30 hours)

    Here is the result :

    Attachment 361954

    Sorry this is in french...

    echec = fail
    lecture = reading
    état = state
    remplacé = replaced
    cluster endommagés = damaged clusters

    This just indicate that I should replace my HDD before it die, right ?

    OK, have you run SeaTools yet? It certainly sounds like the HDD is dying.
