BSOD - Random Black Screen

I haven't play Cities: Skylines for a few months and had an itch to start to play it again. When I did it crashed on me. I than went ahead and upgrade my graphics drivers and such and even play it in Admin mode so as to maybe help fix the problem. I was on it for a good 30 minutes and it crash on me again. All that work gone. What is happening is the screen goes black and locks up my system, I have to cold boot it to get it back up and running.

So I used the DM Log Collector for all my system information and crashes. Could anybody read my crash and advise as to what is the problem?

Thanks,
ZMan

I went ahead and uninstall all graphic drivers, clean up the regedit with any extra stuff from Nivida software and rebooted. Than I install the latest drivers again.

BSOD playing Cities Skylines and in general usage
For some time I've been encountering seemingly random, infrequent BSODs, often while just browsing, or watching videos. However in the past few days I've been playing Cities Skylines and it's causing BSODs much more frequently, it's the only game I've played heavily in some time, so I'm not sure if...
