So I did scan the system, and no virus infection was found. The BIOS is up to date. I think the problem is not actually the hardware, because I have an old windows XP still installed on this system, and while it is slightly slow, but works fine and very rarely I have experienced any BSODs on it.
After my last post I have had again few BSODs, each time I tried to generate a report with the SF tool, and you can find a few of them attached.

Thanks in advance
I am sorry , mate. The dump reports something different.
Code:
BugCheck D1, {42bb27d, 2, 1, 88a70154}

Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\bcmwl6.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for bcmwl6.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for bcmwl6.sys
Probably caused by : hardware ( vwififlt!FilterReceiveNetBufferLists+cf )

Followup: MachineOwner
---------
The hardware that is being indicated here is the Dell Wireless 1390 WLAN Mini-Card.

But, a deeper check gives a ray of light. A hardware will fail to work with an improper driver, and the driver installed for it is too old to work with windows 7 properly.
Code:
    Image name: bcmwl6.sys
    Timestamp: Fri Mar 27 06:28:48 2009 (49CC24C8)
That is earlier that the release of windows 7.

Search for an update from Dell's site, see how it goes.

Better you accept all the driver updates offered by dell for this system.

Arc,

Unfortunately, Dell doesn't provide drivers for the this laptop's hardware for Windows 7 (or even Vista). Maybe that is the problem. I tried to update some of the drivers, namely the Wifi and Nvidia graphic card.
I still have been experiencing BSODs, and sometime the system just freezes an forces me to restart. I have, again, attached some of the reports.

Thanks man

You are using windows 7, but not using the drivers for windows 7 .... the "maybe" has no applicability for a certain event.

Do a Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 .... and configure windows update in such a way that it gets the hardware driver updates via windows update automatically. If those hardware are windows 7 compatible, then it is the only feasible solution to your issue.

BSOD message indicates CDD.dll error. The error pops up generally when I'm playing online games, but not always. I do have 8Gb of RAM and suspect that the problem is 32bit version of Win 7 only seems to recognize 4Gb.
