BSOD playing LoL, dxgmm1.sys, dxgmms1.sys

Good day!

I'm hoping for your technical assistance. I have been playing League of Legends and after 20 or so minutes I get BSOD with dxgmm1.sys followed by dxgmms1.sys and recently system service exception. I followed the instructions on posting a .zip file of the dump files.

Also my pc is 3 years old now and i just recently started to have these problems. My GPU isn't running on overclock, i have installed malwarebytes and cc cleaner and still it didn't do anything. My PSU was a former corsair 750W and I changed it to the 550W corsair because my 750W broke down. I don't know if it can provide an adequate supply of power to my PC.

Earlier i was having nlslexicons0047.dll problem. I ran sfc /scannow to verify that it was that registry file that was causing the problem. I reinstalled the OS and rescanned and there were no more problems with the nlslexicons0047.dll. Now I'm having problems with BSOD with dxgmm1.sys, dxgmms1.sys and system service exception. Please help.

I read on some other sites that it was dxgmm1 or dxgmms1 is a direct x problem so i check my version with dxdiag and confirmed it was version 11 for windows 7 64 bit. I also check with my windows update looked for file kb2670838 and it was there.

Thank you very much for any assistance!

Probably caused by : dxgmms1.sys ( dxgmms1!VIDMM_GLOBAL::ReferenceAllocationForPreparation+2b )

The dxgmms1.sys/dxgmm1.sys is probably caused by your graphics driver. Run Display Driver Uninstaller(DDU)
Make sure you tick the Uninstall C:/AMD and C:/NIVIDA folders while you are in DDU when you are done running DDU install your graphics driver again. This is the guide for DDU: Drivers - Clean Left over Files after Uninstalling

Remember to remove Catalyst and only install the graphics driver.

Run MemTest86+ too. RAM - Test with Memtest86+

I have a question. Do I also uninstall nvidia physx? I want to uninstall it because I don't have an Nvidia video card and I don't remember installing it. Thanks!

Laith thank you very much for the memtest guide and how to's. You helped me very much! I have been playing League of Legends again. I have only installed the AMD Video Card Driver nothing else. For the memtest i didn't find anything wrong with my cards. I think that Nvidia PhysX was the culprit. Will keep you posted. Again thank you very much!
