Hey it made a dmp file this time. cool. Is there a way to read the file like the way you show it? I'm asking because I'm a comp science major, so this is a bit interesting to me.

You have done a clean reinstall very recently. Now update the Chipset too. Apparently it is too old.
Code:
    Image name: usbfilter.sys
    Timestamp:        Tue Dec 22 13:56:22 2009 (4B3082AE)
And that is the source of the issue.
Code:
BugCheck D5, {fffff98004c5ae40, 0, fffff88004d911aa, 0}

*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for usbfilter.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for usbfilter.sys

Probably caused by : usbfilter.sys ( usbfilter+41aa )

You may get the chipset update from Biostar or AMD, wherever you like.

Ahh okay, thanks.
this one from the manuacturer's website is fine right?

TA970 :: Motherboard :: BIOSTAR

Also, should I update my video driver afterwards, or keep the one you suggested?

You need to update the chipset. But if you want, and if it is available, you may update all the drivers including the BIOS.
