BSOD after PC wakes up from extended period of time

Sporadic BSOD after computer wakes up from sleep. Doesn't happen every single time the computer wakes up. Ran SFC /SCANNOW and errors were detected that weren't able to be repaired. Graphics card is set to autoupdate drivers. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Run MemTest86+ for 8 passes.
RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Run sfc /scannow and chkdsk /r.
Install the latest updates from Windows Update.

Do the exact same steps for chkdsk /r but instead of typing in sfc /scannow type chkdsk /r.

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

The problem is caused by your graphics driver. Run Display Driver Uninstaller(DDU)
Make sure you tick the Uninstall C:/AMD and C:/NIVIDA folders while you are in DDU when you are done running DDU install your graphics driver again. Drivers - Clean Left over Files after Uninstalling

Remember to remove Catalyst and only install the graphics driver.
