Also, if I forgot to mention it. If you are overclocking anything, please set everything back to default levels.

I made sure those two windows updates weren't on my list. Once I get home from class I will reinstall the video card driver (I had disconnected it while installing a new exhaust fan to my case) and check up on direct x, hardrive driver and sfc scan. I'll keep you posted. I did have my CPU overclocked and it has been stable up until recently but I'll restore it to defaults.

Please do set it to defaults. I am not opposed to overclocking and have been known to do some myself, but it is almost impossible to debug a computer when overclocked. All of the values you expect to see are different.

Ok so far I have reinstalled my video card driver, checked the western digital drive and the scan found no issues. I have attempted to update the firmware for both my SSDs and I have failed. A lot of people on the corsair forum are complaining about the same issue not being able to update from 306 to 311 with the provided software. I'm going to try to disconnect both then reconnect and boot... Many users have had booting issues like I did in the last few months when windows has failed to boot and my screen was black. Some users on the forum suggested I revert to the MSAHCI driver instead of Intel. My sfc scan was 100%

I changed it to the default MSAHCI and now the firmware worked!

Ok, great. Try it that way for a while and see how it works. Let us know the result. Hopefully that will solve your problems.

Try uninstalling Intel Rapid Storage Technology (IRST).

Oh that's right I forgot to uninstall it after switching back the drivers to windows default. I'll let you know if it crashes again. Thank you for being so patient with me!
