    You MUST have a genuine install before we can assist further.

    As Noel has said, we don't support piracy on here. And we won't even begin trying to debug counterfeit installs as there's no telling what crappy code has been inserted, it's pointless. Get a genuine, legal install and we'll be happy to help.
