All I got so far while using the driver verifier is a 5 second freeze with a buzzing sound that recovered and then this. Imgur
Could it be a defective GPU or PSU?Or we are not looking at HW issue here?
If it happens with Driver verifier on only, then it is display. And that is all possible. Because .....
    Code:
    6/20/2015 5:58:11 AM C:\Windows\system32\DRIVERS\atikmpag.sys
It is 15.5 Beta. Why are you using a beta driver with a R9 card? Betas are for testing, not for daily use. Uninstall the installed display driver using Display Driver Uninstaller. Then install the CCC 14.4 WHQL only.

Then see how it goes. Let us know for any further BSOD after doing it.

I just tried the BETA because 14.4 was bsoding for over a month in hopes of changing the situation.I doubt this is causing it, but yeah I will revert to 14.4 and come back at ya.

I am suggesting 14.4 to you, because that is a very stable one. Will wait to see a BSOD with that driver, but that will make me rub my chins.

Do you have access to any other graphics card? Can you borrow one from friends or family? If yes, apply it there and see how it goes.
