BSOD playing multiple games.
I am having my computer BSOD on multiple different games and am unsure what is causing the issue.
I am having problems on the following games (that I know of): Witcher 3, 7 Days to Die, GTAV (only once and never again).
I am able to load up the game and use the menus just fine, but when I load into the actual game, my display crashes and my computer becomes unresponsive to where I have to do a hard shutdown.
About a month ago, I upgraded my graphics card from a Nvidia GT 530 to a GTX 970. I originally thought there might be an issue with the drivers, so I did a clean wipe of the video drivers and reinstalled them using the provided software with the 970, then I updated them from the GeForce Experience. I am still getting the same result.
A few weeks ago, I heard that the streamer service for Nvidia Shield may be causing the crashes, so I disabled that to see if it made any difference. It seemed to work for awhile, but then the crashes came back. I am at a roadblock and confused of what to do. Included is the .zip package for the info. Thanks for any help!
EDIT: I was able to find the exact code from the bugcheck. It was 0x00000116.
