Hello, kasunmit welcome to the forums. Please tell me why you do not have SP1 installed. If you do not install it and keep all of the Windows Updates current you will always have problems with your computer. Your dump files say you have a bad hard drive.

kasunmit, please explain why the Windows Genuine Activation test won't work? I just downloaded and ran it and it worked fine. Also, why did you find it necessary to run the 'Fix All' test on your hard drive? That is for drives with errors and bad sectors.

    Dear sirs,

Windows Genuine and Activation Issue Posting Instructions work fine and I got the final result as well. But final result folder is with .cab extension, so forum do not allow to upload it, shall I get screenshots and upload it ??

I run the 'Fix All' test on my hard drive, because I thought fixing all can recover my hard drive. sometime I may have done wrong thing. Is there any other option to run ?

    Thank you

This laptop is purchase with the OS. I format it because of bluescreen. If it is a problem for bluescreen I will contact my vendor and change the OS
