    Blue Screen


    Computer works normal in safe mode/networking. I am assuming it is a program problem. Selectively stopping some services and programs.

    Please advise

    Go to Support | Dell US ..... update the driver to Intel(R) Mobile Express Chipset SATA RAID Controller. That may be listed as Intel Rapid Storage or Intel Matrix.

    Let us know the result.
