Why do you have Driver Verifier enabled. Disable it. Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

Reinstall you drivers using this tutorial and install only the Graphics driver and the PhysX driver. NVIDIA Drivers - Avoid Problems

Gainward, you are going to have to decide which site you want to use for help. I am not going to do this with you jumping between sites and getting advice from others. It's no problem and not disrespecting anyone. There are just things that you do from some other site that hurts what we are doing. I am sure any other site would tell you the same. I'll take a look. What brand is your PSU? The Manufacturer and Model would help.

A TDR error means your graphics drivers crashed but did not recover in thime. Try again to install the drivers using this tutorial NVIDIA Drivers - Avoid Problems Go by the tutorial, except install only the Graphics driver and PhysX driver and nothing else.
Also go into BIOS and tell me what your +12V, +5V and +3.3V readings are.

OK, voltages and Temps look fine. Of course that is at idle, so the voltages could change when under stress.
