BSOD while shutting down PC - Power state failed

Thanks in advance for the help. This seems to have started after installing Logitech software for my G27 wheel. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but it hasn't made a difference (issue continued with the drivers/software removed). Starting to think it may be another issue.

I attached a DM log collector to this thread.

I think it may be this smart usb hub which has two Antumbra glow devices plugged into it. I unplugged it and the PC shut down fine.

Also saw this on OSR online:
DRIVER_OBJECT: fffffa801171c4d0 IMAGE_NAME: asmthub3.sys

I will let one of you folks that know what you are looking for confirm.

I cannot read those dump files, as it is associated with some private symbol which I dont have assess to. And this scenario justifies that what you have done is the proper step there.

That's odd, not sure why there would be any private symbol. Is there anything that can prevent a powered usb from causing these sorts of errors?

I am testing out if it stops by using a different USB port now, I initially had it plugged into my keyboard's USB slot, which probably isn't the best idea.

I will marked this as solved since I know what the problem device is.

Thanks again for the help!

Some PnP devices have private symbols, it is very common for OHCI and EHCI devices to use private symbols. There are ways to find out the problematic devices, which you have fairly done yourself without assistance.

Now, you rightly want to minimize the problem. To do that, you will need to update all the related drivers at first. The onboard USB3, the smart hub (if it needs a driver), and the Antumbra glow devices.

Next step is to disable USB selective suspend. USB Selective Suspend - Turn On or Off

These two steps are supposed to make the situation better.
