Been getting blue screens when computer wakes from sleep

So about once every 2 weeks, I get a blue screen error when my computer wakes from sleep. The blue screen always seems to have these weird lines through it. Here is the log thing and a picture of the blue screen.

Hey there! Ouch, just seeing the snap of the BSOD i can see that the GPU is failing very heavy.
Code:
BugCheck 50, {fffff6ff40000020, 0, fffff800035db827, 5}

Could not read faulting driver name
Probably caused by : memory_corruption ( nt!MiCaptureAndResetWorkingSetAccessBits+97 )
Hmm, run Furmark and MemTest86+.

RAM - Test with Memtest86+
Video Card - Stress Test with Furmark

Ok so I got Furmark and think I got the right settings. Now what button do I push because it's different than what the link said. Here is a screenshot. Also I've ran MemTest like a month ago and did 2 passes and it didn't find an error. Should I run it longer this time?

Click GPU stress test, and yes you should run MemTest86+ for 8 passes. Remember it must be MemTest86+ not anything else.

Ok so when I ran Furmark, it was very choppy and laggy so I stopped it after a few minutes. Here is a pic. Should I run it again or run MemTest now?

Well it's done 4 passes so far and no errors as of yet! But is it normal that the CPU temp is this high?

Hmm, that shouldn't be, we'll run a test for it later and you are running the wrong MemTest. You must run MemTest86+ for 8 passes.

Well it is running MemTest86+ and is at 8 passes now with no errors. Should I stop it now or let it go to 9 passes then stop?

Ok I think I should stop it now because the CPU is getting way too hot.
