BSOD error post switching back to original ram after updates

    Config
    i3 530@2.93ghz
    ram 2 gb
    32 bit OS
    GtX 260 zotac

I tried upgrading to 4gb ddr3 kingston 1333mh ram which worked initially. But now with the 4gb ram windows does not boot . Ram being detected in BIOS. switching back to the stock 2gb ram everythign works but a lot of BSOD problems. I have updated every known driver. Ran memtest86+ on both sticks sperately , but PC reboots during memtest with the 4gb RAM while passed 8 runs with 2 gb stock ram. but now alot of BSOD errors coming. attaching dump files. Is this a windows problem or motherboard problem

If machine is crashing and rebooting during memtest (which is loading at boot) then this has to be a hardware error as windows will not be present during memtest
