1033 Blue Screen: Help

Hi all,

I've checked my memory and hard drives and they all seem fine. But I am getting random 1033 errors lately, and I get them for a variety of reasons it seems. For a while they seemed to be exclusively ntoskrnl.exe related (which is why I checked memory) the a couple of the more recent ones have been tcip related and the most recent one was KMODE exception for ndis.sys (see dump below). I've updated the vid drivers and removed what was really the last piece of non-game software (Spyder color correct) but the problem persists. Any help is appreciated.

Follow Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions
Make sure the zip file includes the dmp file/s. If not, configure a small memory dump - Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD and wait/trigger another BSOD. then re-run the "Dm log collector" and attach the new report.
