Several domain computers have Explorer.exe crash on network drive

We have several people with Explorer.exe crashes when they open to a network drive. I've tried the folder view reset registry fix. Also used shexview to disable some extensions but still have crashes. It seems to follow the user to a new computer as well. Different users in different departments. We've disabled Aero themes, disabled various startup programs and did not help. Here are is one of the DMP files I've collected.

    Thanks for your help!

That's a Kernel dump, can you follow the instructions below.

    1. Open Advanced System Settings
    2. Click on Settings in Startup & Recovery
    3. Make sure both boxes indicated below are checked
    4. In the dropdown box ensure you're set to record Small Memory Dumps

Not a BSOD, just a crash

If it's an explorer.exe crash then it won't produce a DMP file, no? Suggestions?

Are you actually receiving BSODs or not?

    Explorer Crash Dump - enable.

See the tutorial and reg file here:

    Troubleshooting Explorer.exe Crashing Issues

Backup reg key first and make sure that WER (Windows Error Reporting) service is enabled and started.

    [EDIT]

Are you talking about explorer crashes (explorer has stopped responding) or BSOD's? If it's BSOD's the explorer crash dump - enable that I posted a link to will not help.

Well if you can read crash dumps it may point to a specific DLL or a couple of DLL's. If you can't read the dump just upload it.

Other than that it will involve disabling any non-microsoft shell extensions that create a right click context menu entry for [File] [Folder] or [Drive]

Check for and install any updates for that software.
