BSOD 0x124 hal.dll, ntoskrnl.exe, pci.sys help

I've been getting the same BSOD since I got my computer and I need some help figuring out what exactly is wrong. The BSOD usually occurs when playing games like Arma 3, but it also occurs randomly when just browsing the internet. Any help would be much appreciated!
