    Event 6008 unexpected shutdown Win7 Ultimate 64bit

This has been happening periodically for several weeks It doesn't happen every day so I have been just restarting and continuing on. It seems to happen when the desktop is not even being used. (i.e. middle of the night). Power settings are to never sleep. I've been running core temp because somewhere I saw that it might be related to a thermal event, but that doesn't seem to be the case here. I am not seeing much in the event log other than the event 6008, unexpected shutdown (with no other details). I am not getting bSOD minidumps either in the c:\windows\minidumps folder even though I do have this setup in system security. I've attached the dump files so hope that one of you can help me take a look to see if you can help me to figure it out. The last 6008 was earlier today around 2 AM PDT. Right now I am running chkdsk to see if that turns up anything. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Edit: see updated dump file in post #3

There are numerous files missing from your upload, please run the tool again and wait for the files to be gathered then upload

Try this one. I may not have run the first one as admin. Thanks!

Any feedback for me? Chkdsk didn't run into any issues. Thanks.
