BSOD while playing DotA 2 - Bad Pool Caller 0x000000C2

Hi Everyone, I've recently changed from direct cable connection into a wireless adapter (ASUS USB-AC56) and have been experiencing BSODs occurrences. Most of the BSODs occurs while I'm playing DotA 2, sometimes when I'm browsing the internet.

Have updated my network driver to the latest version and I'm still getting BSODs.

Bluescreenviewer apparently points to the "nwifi.sys" and "vwififlt.sys" as the cause of the crash.

Attached with my post are the zip files with the dump file.

Thank you for your help, much appreicated.

There are no dump files in your logs to analyse. Follow the steps below to make sure you're set to record Small Memory Dumps.

    1. Open Advanced System Settings
    2. Click on Settings in Startup & Recovery
    3. Make sure both boxes indicated below are checked
    4. In the dropdown box ensure you're set to record Small Memory Dumps

Apologies I let this one slip, I'll get round to it later today. Send me a VM if I haven't looked at them by tonight.

Update your Realtek RTLxxxxx Wireless USB 2.0 network adapter driver.

Run sfc /scannow and chkdsk /r.
Install the latest updates from Windows Update.

Do the exact same steps for chkdsk /r but instead of typing in sfc /scannow type chkdsk /r.

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

    Hi Laith,

Thanks for the input, I have done exactly what you said, updating the drivers. The situation has definitely improved.
However, I just encountered yet another BSOD (Bad Pool Caller). Attached are the new logs.

    Thanks again.

It still blames the WiFi driver. This could be a bad card. Can you borrow a friends card and see if that works?
