Hello again Jessie. Is this the same computer? If so, it seems like you have a lot of problems with it. You had 2 recent dump files. Both said the same thing

Code:
fffff880`0c585838 fffff880`04fcfa9aUnable to load image \??\C:\Program Files\N-able Technologies\AVDefender\bdfwfpf.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for bdfwfpf.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for bdfwfpf.sys
 bdfwfpf+0xca9a
That is your Bit Defender Software. When you removed Norton, did you run the Norton Removal tool? If not please do so https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/...rProfile_en_us

This is your current Bit Defender driver

Code:
bdfwfpf
start end module name
fffff880`04fc3000 fffff880`04feb000 bdfwfpf T (no symbols)
    Loaded symbol image file: bdfwfpf.sys
    Image path: \??\C:\Program Files\N-able Technologies\AVDefender\bdfwfpf.sys
    Image name: bdfwfpf.sys
    Timestamp: Mon Nov 14 11:16:17 2011 (4EC14CE1)
    CheckSum: 0001D6CE
    ImageSize: 00028000
    Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
Please remove Bit Defender and then run this removal utility Uninstall Bitdefender Then please install Microsoft Security Essentials (Microsoft Security Essentials - Microsoft Windows)
