Random BSOD's after new motherboard, cpu, and ssd, error 0X000000F4

I recently upgraded my computer by adding a new motherboard, processor, and ssd. Ever since then (about a month) I have been experiencing random BSOD's.

At first I noticed they happened when I woke my computer up from sleep mode. So I set it to never sleep, but it still happens. It doesn't happen everyday, maybe every other day or two. One day I will turn my computer on and it will be fine, the next day I will turn it on (like this morning) and get a BSOD 3-4 minutes after bootup.

I have tried re-installing Windows several times, putting in my old SSD to rule out a problem with my current one, checking if all my mobo drivers are up to date and checking my ssd firmware is up to date. I have also tried swapping SATA ports for my ssd and putting in a new SATA cable to make sure that wasn't the issue also. I haven't checked the hard drive port, but could that be causing these blue screens even as a storage drive?

I think I have attached my dump files and the blue screen problem details it gives me after my computer reboots itself. Thanks.

Hmm, you have a 0xF4. That might mean that there's a virus, a failing harddrive, failing RAM stick/s. Run Magician on your SSD(There should be a magician CD that came with your SSD) Also run MemTest86+ for 8 passes. It must be MemTest86+.
