BSOD while playing games

I get a BSOD after 10-15 minutes of playing any video game, my screen freezes but I can still hear game audio and no audio looping, then it goes completely black and forces me to manually restart.

I have stress tested my CPU and GPU and all temperatures seem normal and with a memory test it came out fine. My voltages look normal and I have cleaned any dust in my PC, uninstalled and reinstalled graphics drivers and underclocked my cpu to no avail.

Any help on this matter would be appreciated. I have narrowed it down to a possible software issue with the recurring warning in windows Event Viewer.

The driver \Driver\WUDFRd failed to load for the device ACPI\PNP0A0A\2&daba3ff&2.
Source: Kernel-PnP
Event ID: 219

UPDATE - Recently discovered I've been getting this error too in Event Viewer:
The device AMDA00 Interface (location (unknown)) is offline due to a user-mode driver crash. Windows will attempt to restart the device 5 more times. Please contact the device manufacturer for more information about this problem.

All system information has been attached

Hiya and welcome to SevenForums!

Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\nvlddmkm.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for nvlddmkm.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for nvlddmkm.sys
Probably caused by : nvlddmkm.sys ( nvlddmkm+14968c )
The problem is caused by your graphics driver. Run Display Driver Uninstaller(DDU)
Make sure you tick the Uninstall C:/AMD and C:/NIVIDA folders while you are in DDU when you are done running DDU install your graphics driver again and you should be good to go! This is the guide for DDU: Display Driver Uninstaller: How to use

I've formatted my hard drive, used DDU and even reverted to a older graphics driver. The crashing seems less but I still get a BSOD occasionally and more so on graphically intensive games. I've ruled out the CPU, GPU and RAM. I can only assume this a hardware issue with my PSU or motherboard but the voltages seem normal.

Hmm, can you replace the GPU or just borrow a friends/relatives GPU to test with?
