BSOD boot loop after downgrading from Windows 10 to Windows 7

So as the title says, I decided to downgrade my windows to 7 again, everything went smoothly. PC restarted and I was greeted by a BSOD, it restarted, BSOD again and so on. Tried startup repair, no use (failed with 0x490 code, if thats any use), tried boot windows to last good configuration, same. I still havent tried chkdsk. I can boot into safe mode but I cant manage to get my mouse and keyboard work.
BSOD code: STOP 0x0000007e (0xffffffff80000003, 0xfffff880223912d, 0xfffff880009a9328, 0xfffff880009a8b80)

Strange, I decided to check the C and D drives via cmd in the system recovery options (by using the "dir"command) and it showed that C drive is empty and D drive has the C drive's folders, including the windows folder. Im doing the chkdsk for the D drive since the C drive chkdsk finished in few seconds.

Actually, skip the commandprompt. Can you burn an linux distro and boot from that and transfering the files? My plan was to transfer the files via the commandprompt but can you do that?

No need, I fixed it by copying Regback contents. And now another problem, keyboard and mouse dont work, just like in safe mode tho it works in BIOS setup.

Hmm, this is probably because it dosen't have the right drivers. You need to find the right drivers for your mouse and keyboard.
