Hiya and welcome to SevenForums!

BugCheck 116, {fffffa8008604010, fffff880015c5ba4, 0, 2}

Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\atikmpag.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for atikmpag.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for atikmpag.sys
Probably caused by : atikmpag.sys ( atikmpag+5ba4 )
The problem is caused by your graphics driver. Run Display Driver Uninstaller(DDU)
Make sure you tick the Uninstall C:/AMD and C:/NIVIDA folders while you are in DDU when you are done running DDU install your graphics driver again and you should be good to go! This is the guide for DDU: Display Driver Uninstaller: How to use

Remember to remove Catalyst and only install the graphics driver.

thank you, laith.

so i ran DDU and have the AMD and Nividia drivers. and it was good to go, but at at reduced display capability.
i went to lenovo support to look for the right drivers (AMD Graphics Driver for Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit, 64-bit) - IdeaPad Y460, Y560 and NVIDIA Display Driver for Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit) - IdeaPad Y460, Y560 apparently). after this, i get
get the BSOD again. back to square one.
